I am a mature student, studying all things relating to Stress, Depression and Anxiety. As a result I am interested in meeting others with similar interests, and those wishing to find some kind of relief from these issues. At the moment I am a facilitator for the Brighto Hove Depression Alliance group. I am enrolled in a level 2 counselling course and coming to the end of a hypnotherapy course. I am also (in my spare time) searching through many other theories and therapies for even more enlightenment and practical tools, hoping to really be of good service to others. I have also had personal experience with the above and well aware of every aspect of these conditions but since found my owatural way out (if you can think your way into stress, depression, anxiety then you can also think your way back out).
